Discover aluminium 5005 from Roba Metals

Sustainability goes beyond the lifespan of a building. Aluminium is infinitely recyclable, and Roba Metals aluminium contains 15–20% recycled content as standard. Upon request, higher recycled-content levels of 60–70% are available, or even 100% recycled aluminium. Roba Metals Recycling collects, processes and remelts production scrap and end-of-life aluminium facade materials into new raw material at our own recycling and melting facilities—without compromising quality. By doing so, we actively contribute to circular and sustainable construction.

Pre-painted aluminium

Pre-painted aluminium is the most widely selected solution for facade and roofing applications where colour consistency, durability and aesthetics are key.

The aluminium is finished with a high-quality powder coating that not only provides an attractive appearance but also acts as a protective barrier against weathering and contamination. The finish has a modern satin-matt appearance and is available in virtually any RAL colour.

Benefits of Pre-Painted Aluminium

  • Available in all RAL colours
  • Approximately 10 RAL colours available directly from stock (white, beige, grey and black shades)
  • Low maintenance and easy to clean
  • Excellent protection against weather conditions

Mill finish aluminium for anodising

In addition to pre-painted aluminium, Roba Metals also supplies mill finish aluminium that can be anodised after fabrication. During the anodising process, a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant protective layer is formed that becomes an integral part of the material itself. This creates a durable finish with the characteristic aluminium appearance that is widely used in modern architecture.
