Allure aan de Amstel: Modern Elegance with Zintek

The Allure aan de Amstel apartment complex in Uithoorn, designed by TBE-ZA and constructed by Ooms Bouw, is a prime example of contemporary residential architecture. Large sections of the façade, roof, dormers, and two houses behind the complex are clad in Zintek Mediterranean Blue, Zintek Graphite Black, and Rock Grey. The façade elements are crafted into cassettes, while all roof cladding utilizes the standing seam technique. The zinc processing and installation were expertly handled by Elshof Metaaldak from Olst. This project seamlessly integrates high-quality materials and innovative design, creating a visually striking and durable living environment.
