The former industrial complex in Osnabrück has been completely transformed and expanded, while preserving its original character. The design by Kresings Architektur combines the site’s rugged past with a bold, contemporary look.

The renewed brick architecture is deliberately interrupted by an additional storey clad in TECU® Gold from KME: a gold-coloured copper alloy that creates a warm contrast with the almost black façades. The material weathers naturally and retains its soft sheen, keeping the façade vibrant under any lighting conditions.

All gold-coloured cladding was crafted with great expertise by Hubert Plenter GmbH, which meticulously realized the distinctive design down to the finest detail. The result is a building that stands out for its simplicity, luxury and timeless modernity — a new landmark in the Osnabrück cityscape.
